As one of the world’s largest independent providers of EMC Testing (Electromagnetic Compatibility Testing) and qualification services, supported by an extensive pool of dedicated and accessible professional EMC engineers, our experts are able to assist with all your compliance requirements, whether this involves the qualification of complex systems to Aerospace or Defence standards, or supporting the CE marking of Consumer, Telecoms, Rail or Medical products.

TÜV SÜD Product Service is the leading UK EMC Testing laboratory and provides Electromagnetic Compatibility EMC Testing. Our test facilities in Fareham, Hampshire, and Bearley, near Birmingham, and have among the most comprehensively equipped EMC test facilities in Europe, incorporating 11 screened enclosures, 8 dedicated EMC laboratories and one Open Area Test Site (OATS).

We can carry out conducted emissions and immunity testing from 10Hz to 400 MHz, radiated emissions and immunity testing from 10Hz to 40GHz, power supply conditioning, and transient and lightning simulation testing, and our service is second to none, with industry-leading report turnaround times and extended test capacity and responsiveness through regular 7 days per week shift-working.

Our technical expertise in EMC is further endorsed by holding accreditations allowing our customers to gain approvals for their products in most markets around the world and to the requirements of many different industries. These accreditations include UKAS (UK), FCC (USA) , IC (Canada), VCA (UK Vehicles), VCCI (Japan), AZ/NZ (Australia/New Zealand), CB scheme (Global), CESG (UK Defence) and CAA (UK Civil Aviation) and allow our services to be offered either by testing at our permanent premises or in many cases off-site, with the ability under our UKAS accreditation to add specifications at short notice through our approved flexible schedule process.
