TÜV Product Service has launched a new service to test the ability of communication equipment to prevent unintentional leakage of information, especially when installed in remote locations.
Based on a unique set of test equipment and methods, the service determines the radio frequency shielding effectiveness of enclosures and cabinets that are used to house Wi-Max, RFID and other sensitive IT and communications equipment.
TÜV Product Service can measure the shielding effectiveness of cabinets over the frequency range 1kHz – 10GHz and up to the 100dB of attenuation demanded by the most stringent specifications.
The quick and cost effective measurement of shielding effectiveness can be performed either in our modern test laboratory in Fareham, Hants, or at your own site, if you have a screened room.
