TÜV SÜD's clients in favour of e-cars
TÜV SÜD has conducted a representative survey along with the market research institute Technomar, whereby 60% of motorists questioned claimed to be significantly interested in e-mobility. Having interviewed 3,500 motorists, approximately half of the drivers surveyed admitted to having a sound understanding of e-mobility and as many as three-quarters said that they would rent an electric car for short journeys.
With environmental awareness and sustainability becoming a worldwide theme, the advantages of e-cars such as environmental protection, reduction in exhaust and noise emissions, and the growing independence from fossil fuels provide grounding for further popularity in these new vehicles.
Under the motto "Discover diversity, enhance efficiency", TÜV SÜD and its subsidiaries will present their services from roadworthiness testing to cost-efficiency in car dealerships and environmentally-friendly fleet management from 17 to 27 September in Hall 8, Stand 13A.
