TÜV SÜD presents service quality award to A.T.U branches

  

TÜV SÜD Auto Service provides A.T.U with third-part repair-shop testing to ensure the continuous improvement of its branches in both repair services and customer care.

Throughout the year, 333 A.T.U branches underwent quality testing in the form of mystery checks carried out by the TÜV SÜD professionals. The best three branches have now been awarded with the TÜV SÜD award for Service Quality.

The whole process aims to help the company to maximize their customer retention through assessing how well employees deal with realistic shortcomings and defects. Service provision and customer care are also taken into consideration and assessed through a series of questions such as, “Are customers informed in advance about additional work that becomes necessary?”

TÜV SÜD Auto Service customizes its repair shop testing to the needs of its customers. The tests include both conventional approaches to verify the efficiency of the repair-shop team, but can also test the quality of sales advice in car dealerships etc.
