Munich. Thinking of taking your classic car to a rally abroad? No problem, with Germany's H-type car number plates. But what about the 07 plates that enable historic vehicle owners to drive to and from car events and take part? Are they still valid when you cross the border? And whatever happened to the government's plans to introduce a single set of transferable licence plates for multiple classic cars?
