TÜV SÜD Auto Service acquires FleetCompany

TÜV SUD Auto Service has strengthened its business operations in the fleet management sector by becoming the sole owner of FleetCompany, after acquiring the 60 per cent share held by its previous partner GE Capital-ASL.

FleetCompany supply highly professional solutions that provide support for individual or general vehicle management operations in medium-sized and large vehicle fleets.

The acquisition of FleetCompany offers the ideal complement to TÜV SÜD’s existing services for vehicle fleets and leasing companies, and under the TÜV SÜD brand should lead to them being able to position themselves as an independent fleet management company.
