TÜV SÜD AG appoints new members to its Board of Management

Munich. Staying abreast of growth and internationalization, TÜV SÜD AG is restructuring its Board of Management and has appointed two additional members to the Board. With effect from 1 October 2010, Dirk Eilers and Karsten Xander will join the Board of Management, complementing the current management team of CEO and President Dr Axel Stepken, Chief Finance Officer Dr Peter Klein and Board member Horst Schneider who was appointed on 1 August 2010.
