TÜV SÜD acquires used car specialist CGP.

Munich. TÜV SÜD Auto Service GmbH is continuing its course of expansion, strengthening its service portfolio for car dealerships and repair shops in the field of used-car strategy by acquiring Christof Gerhard & Partner (CGP) in Olpe, Germany. The company has also restructured its subsidiaries, enhancing its position as a one-stop service provider for the major customer sector. For this purpose, the TÜV SÜD company merged its subsidiaries TÜV SÜD Auto Consult and TÜV SÜD Auto Plus. The new company will be headed by Gerhard Gloeckner, member of the extended management team of TÜV SÜD Auto Service GmbH.
