TÜV SÜD Product Service’s Midlands branch is based at Bearley, near Stratford upon Avon, and offers a comprehensive range of testing and advisory services to support the CE marking and certification of consumer and industrial products, as well as servicing the Rail and Automotives industries.

Conveniently located close to the M40 and M42 motorway network, Bearley’s services include UKAS accredited EMC and Safety testing.  EMC testing can be conducted in a choice of chambers, including a 3m anechoic chamber, a 10m open area test site (OATS) and 2 screened enclosures, supported by a team of experts with a combined 60 years of experience between them.  In addition to UKAS accreditation, the laboratory is accredited by the VCA (Vehicle certification agency) to carry out testing for automotive customers and by the VCCI to test products destined for Japan.

Our Bearley lab is also recognised under the international CB scheme for EMC, allowing test reports to be accepted by more than 50 certification bodies around the world. It can test a wide range of products to many internationally recognised safety standards such as EN 60950, EN60335 and EN 601010, and through our National Recognised Test laboratory (NRTL) in Fareham provides access to safety certification as recognised by the US Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
