We are the leading EMC test laboratory in the UK through our test facilities in Fareham, Hampshire, and Bearley, near Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire, and have among the most comprehensively equipped EMC test facilities in Europe, incorporating 11 screened enclosures, 8 dedicated EMC laboratories and one Open Area Test Site (OATS).
We can carry out conducted emissions and immunity testing from 10Hz to 400 MHz, radiated emissions and immunity testing from 10Hz to 40GHz, power supply conditioning, and transient and lightning simulation testing, and our service is second to none, with industry-leading report turnaround times and extended test capacity and responsiveness through regular 7 days per week shift-working.
Our technical expertise in EMC is further endorsed by holding accreditations allowing our customers to gain approvals for their products in most markets around the world and to the requirements of many different industries. These accreditations include UKAS (UK), FCC (USA), IC (Canada), VCA (UK Vehicles), VCCI (Japan), AZ/NZ (Australia/New Zealand), CB scheme (Global), CESG (UK Defence) and CAA (UK Civil Aviation) and allow our services to be offered either by testing at our permanent premises or in many cases off-site, with the ability under our UKAS accreditation to add specifications at short notice through our approved flexible schedule process.
Our professional engineers can support our clients with all EMC regulatory compliance issues, assisting from the conception stage to final production, and reducing the risk of costly non-compliances. Our EMC experts are active in national and international technical committees to ensure that they are always up to date with the latest standards and regulatory development. We can generate support documentation, control plans, test plans and procurement specifications, providing advice on simplifying test programs and pre-compliance testing. We also offer investigative and remedial work at affordable prices, and can conduct most functional tests without any on-site support from our clients.
