TÜV Product Service has one of the most comprehensively equipped UKAS accredited facilities in Europe. It is recognised for independently testing and certifying conformance to a wide range of international standards and regulations and holds over 100 accreditations and approvals.
In addition to its certification and consultancy services, TÜV Product Service is authorised to perform mechanical, environmental and safety testing at its own facility and in-situ at clients’ own premises. Our testing solutions are all designed to add value and bring certainty to your organisation, by ensuring that products and equipment operate as intended and systems are robust and operationally effective.

Accreditations & Appointments
We hold over 100 accreditations and appointments, covering important markets such as Europe, the Americas and Asia. We are a leading UKAS accredited laboratory, DTI notified / competent body for EMC and an EC appointed as a Conformity Assessment Body under the EU-Canada, EU-New Zealand and EU-Australia MRAs. We also hold many industry specific accreditations and approvals.
EMC testing
Technical and commercial support leading to certification that products and equipment will operate within its intended electromagnetic environment and specialist EMC related services. Our EMC services are divided into the following area: Aerospace, Defence, Medical & Health, Radio & Telecoms, Rail, Trade, Electronics & Consumer.

Mechanical testing
We have one of the most extensive mechanical test laboratories in Europe operating state-of-the-art equipment, such as the latest vibration shakers to perform Highly Accelerated Life Testing (HALT) and Highly Accelerated Stress Screening (HASS).

Our product safety assessments demonstrate compliance with product safety regulations in place across all the major markets in the world.
Radio & Telecom testing
We test and certify a wide range of products to meet your market access regulatory requirements for many countries, with specific focus on Europe, USA, Canada and Japan. We cover a wide range of product types with specialist knowledge in Marine Radio
Packaging performance
We offer product and packaging test services, which evaluates the level of protection provided by a products packaging. This ensures products are protected against shock, vibration and extremes of temperature while goods are in transit or storage.

Smart Card Terminal Type Approval
