TÜV Product Service has a dedicated in-situ test team that carries out EMC testing worldwide. Equipped with portable test equipment, TÜV Product Service is able to support compliance testing at your site, perform interference investigations on ships, submarines and on other platforms including aircraft, vehicles and buildings.

In-situ testing is the ideal solution where the logistics of moving equipment to our UKAS accredited laboratory for conventional testing makes this impractical. TÜV Product Service has the necessary UKAS accreditation to undertake in-situ testing anywhere in the world.

TÜV Product Service’s in-situ EMC team offers a range of testing services including radiated and conducted emissions, conducted immunity, bulk current injection, fast transient burst, ESD, lightning indirect effects and RADHAZ surveys

In addition to routine EMC testing, we can conduct on-site verification of secure installations. Our team is fully conversant with the requirements of AMSG 719G and JSP 480 specifications.

TÜV Product Service’s EMC testing services are delivered by leading industry experts. Our In-situ team has the support of our main laboratory operations that make us one of the most comprehensive testing centres in Europe and our consultants and engineers have gained considerable knowledge and experience from working with the defence sector for over 50 years.

In addition to in-situ testing, TÜV Product Service provides a full range of testing, certification, consulting and training solutions with specific defence experience in:
