EMC UK will be held at Newbury Racecourse on the 14th & 15th October 2008.
The event is now in its 5th successful year and is the UK’s premier EMC gathering, where visitors have the opportunity to keep up to date with the latest legislation, test techniques, equipment and modelling software. TÜV Product Service will be exhibiting on stand 40 and involved in two of the conference sessions, and will have its experts available to share their knowledge on EMC testing and compliance.
As one of the world’s largest independent providers of accredited Electromagnetic Compatibility testing and qualification services, TÜV Product Service will be showcasing its capabilities on its stand, but also leading the discussions in the conference rooms. TÜV’s Technical Consultancy Manager, Kenneth Webb, will be chairing a session on Rail Safety & Assurance with presentations from Network Rail, Metronet , Lloyd’s Rail and other industry experts. Our Senior Consultant, Peter Dorey, will be presenting a paper on ‘Gap Analysis of Military Standards for CE Marking’. This presentation will describe a process which helps to identify what additional testing or assessments are required to ensure that military equipment complies with the EMC Directive.
