TÜV SÜD: Don't be fooled by 'too good to be true' used-car bargains

Munich. A new Germany-wide survey of over 400 car dealers by TÜV SÜD confirms the trend that prices for used cars are slowly rising. A reason for this development is the increase in sales of new cars, leading to a revival of the market as a whole. Any prospective purchasers of used cars should therefore start looking now. TÜV SÜD's experts have assembled five tips for purchasing used cars, and five factors that are clear 'red lights'.
